Absolutely — that's actually most of what we do. Most businesses have a CRM that was set up with default settings and never properly configured. We audit your current setup, identify what's broken or missing, clean up your data, build the automations and integrations you need, and train your team to actually use it. You don't always need a new CRM — you need the one you have to work properly.

The Quick Start package takes 2–3 weeks from kickoff to go-live. The Full CRM Build takes 4–6 weeks depending on the number of integrations and complexity of your sales process. Data migration can add 1–2 weeks if you're moving from another platform. We build in testing time and don't rush the launch — a CRM that's 90% done causes more problems than no CRM at all.

Yes — team training is included in every package. We don't just set it up and walk away.
