The Peak Template, built for Squarespace.
What is the Peak Template?
It’s a dark, high-performance website for 1:1 fitness and performance coaches: a bold hero with your credentials, service cards, your method with a weekly check-in, client spotlights, coaching tiers, an about section and an application form, all built as custom code on Squarespace. I set it up with your photos, services and words.
Why it matters
Serious clients want proof before they apply: credentials, a clear method and real results. This template puts all three up front, filters leads through an application instead of DMs, and is built by an SEO practice so athletes searching for a coach can find you.

What’s inside
Everything a serious coach needs.
One homepage, twelve sections: a bold hero, a credentials strip, service cards, your method with a weekly check-in, a stage quote, client spotlights, coaching tiers, an about section, an application form, FAQs and a footer with your full brand name set large.
Section counts are from the demo site.

Service cards
Your services, shot like a campaign.
Each service gets a tall photo card with a number, a name, a short pitch and an apply link. Contest prep, transformations, posing and strength in the demo; rename them for whatever you coach.
Services are examples from the demo site.

Method and check-in
Show how you coach.
Three numbered steps explain your approach, beside a photo with a weekly check-in card laid over it. The bars fill in as visitors scroll and a coach’s note shows the kind of feedback clients get, so the process feels real before they apply.
Illustrative example.

Tiers and application
Clear plans. Qualified leads.
Three coaching tiers show what’s included at each level, with the middle plan highlighted. Every button leads to an application that asks for goals, experience and a show date, so you only take calls with people ready to start.

05 · Done for you
Setup and support
I set it up. You coach.
This is a done-for-you template. I gather your photos, credentials, services, plans and copy, set up every section, connect the application form, review it with you and launch, with 30 days of fixes after. Then monthly support keeps it current: new results, new plans and changes whenever you need them.
Illustrative timeline.

Questions
Is the demo a real coach?
No. Dr. Owen Reyes, his clients, results, credentials and prices are fictional, made to show how the template looks with real content. Your site launches with your photos, your credentials and your real client results.
How is this different from The Rep?
The Rep is built for coaches who sell workout guides. The Peak is built for 1:1 coaching, with tiers, a method section and an application form to qualify clients.
Where do applications go?
Straight to your inbox, or to the form tool or coaching app you already use. I connect it during setup.
Does it work for other kinds of coaches?
Yes. It fits strength coaches, powerlifting coaches, sports performance and online personal trainers. Services and wording are set to what you do.
Can I show before-and-after photos?
Yes, in the client spotlights, as long as they’re real and you have each client’s permission.
Which Squarespace plan do I need?
One that allows custom code: Core, Plus or Advanced, or a legacy Business or Commerce plan. Basic and Personal plans don’t support it.
