Hear what people say about you.

I track mentions of your business even when you’re not tagged, set alerts for people asking about what you do in your area, keep an eye on competitors, measure how people feel about you and turn real questions into posts.

What is social listening?

Social listening is keeping track of what people say online about your business, your services, your competitors and your area, across social sites, forums and local groups, and acting on it.

Why it matters

Most conversations about a business never tag it. Listening lets you thank people who recommend you, answer questions before a competitor does, catch complaints early and learn exactly what customers want to know, which makes every post and service decision easier.

01 · Hear it

Mention tracking

Every mention, tagged or not.

Most people who talk about your business don’t tag it. I track your business name, your team’s names and common misspellings across social sites, forums, Nextdoor and local groups, so you can thank people, answer questions and join the conversation.

02 · Hear it

Keyword monitoring

Know when someone needs what you do.

I set up alerts for the words people use when they need you, like “truck mechanic” plus your town. When someone asks in a local group or forum, you hear about it within minutes and can reply while the question is still fresh.

03 · Understand it

Competitor watch

Know what competitors change.

I keep an eye on what local competitors post, promote and get complaints about, like a new service, a price promotion or customers unhappy with wait times. Once a month you get a one-page summary of what changed and where the openings are.

04 · Understand it

Sentiment

How people really feel about you.

I sort mentions into positive, neutral and negative and track the themes behind them, like honest pricing, fast turnaround or long waits. You see what people love so you can lean into it, and what’s bothering them so you can fix it.

Content ideas

Posts that answer real questions.

The questions people ask online are the best content ideas there are. I collect them every month and turn them into posts, short videos, FAQs and sometimes even new offers, so your content answers exactly what your customers are wondering.
