How often should we be sending emails?
It depends on your audience, your content, and your business. For most service businesses, one or two campaigns per month is the right cadence — consistent enough to stay visible without wearing out your welcome. For e-commerce, higher frequency is often warranted, especially around product launches or seasonal moments. Automations run continuously regardless of send cadence. We'll recommend the right rhythm after reviewing your list and your goals, and we'll test to find what your specific audience actually tolerates.
What's a realistic open rate?
Industry averages hover around 20–25% for most sectors. We consistently see clients in the 40–65% range when list hygiene, segmentation, and subject lines are all dialed in. Do you write the emails or do we?
We do. Copywriting is core to what we offer — subject lines, preheader text, body copy, and CTA. We learn your voice in the onboarding process and write every send accordingly. If you have existing copy you'd like to use or adapt, we can work with that too. What we won't do is take a brief and hand you back something that sounds like every other marketing email — the writing is where the open rates actually come from.
Can you migrate our list from one platform to another?

We also rebuild your existing automations in the new platform before cutting over, so nothing breaks during the transition and your subscribers don't notice a thing.
What if our list is old or hasn't been emailed in months?
This is common, and it requires a re-engagement campaign before a standard send — not a blast to the whole list. Emailing a cold list at full volume is the fastest way to tank your sender reputation and land in spam. Do you handle the design or just the copy?
Both. We build email templates in your platform of choice — tested across Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, and mobile — and design each send within that template. If you have brand guidelines, we follow them. If you need us to establish the look and feel, we'll do that too. We don't hand you a Word doc of copy and leave the design to you.
