What is a social media content calendar?
A content calendar is the plan for what you’ll post, where and when: a month of posts mapped out ahead of time, with a healthy mix of topics, seasonal moments built in, your approval and every post scheduled.
Why it matters
Consistency is most of what makes social work, and it’s the first thing to slip when you’re busy. A calendar keeps you posting through busy weeks, makes sure posts connect to what’s actually happening in your business, and takes the “what do we post today?” question off your plate.
01 · Plan the month
Monthly planning
Built from your real month.
Once a month we have a short call about what’s coming up: openings, busy and slow weeks, new services, events. I pull in job photos, reviews and questions customers asked, and turn it all into a month of posts that reflect what’s actually happening.

02 · Plan the month
Content mix
Mostly useful, a little selling.
If every post is a promotion, people tune out. I balance helpful tips, behind-the-scenes posts, customer stories, team and community posts and a few offers, so your feed earns attention and the occasional “book now” actually works.

03 · Plan the year
Seasonal posts
Ready before the season arrives.
Most businesses have a rhythm: winter prep, spring rush, holiday hours, local events. I map those moments for the whole year and get each seasonal post drafted a couple of weeks early, tied to the services people need at that time of year.

04 · Approve and post
Approvals
The whole month, approved in one look.
You see every post for the month in one place, with the caption, the image and the date. Approve them all at once or leave a comment on any one, and I’ll update it the same day. Nothing goes live without your OK.

Scheduling
Posted when your buyers are scrolling.
I schedule each post for the times your audience is actually online, like weekday mornings on LinkedIn and evenings on Facebook, then check that every post went live and looks right. You never have to remember to post.
