Built to Close

A PDF with your logo on it is not marketing collateral.

Why Most Collateral Falls Flat

If It Doesn't Build Trust, It's Just Paper

Most businesses treat collateral as an afterthought — a rushed PDF, a generic flyer, a pitch deck cobbled together in PowerPoint. The result: materials that undermine your brand instead of reinforcing it.

Your Collateral Speaks Before You Do.

The brochure left on a prospect's desk. The sell sheet handed out at a trade show. The pitch deck shared in a boardroom. These materials carry your brand into rooms where you can't be present — and they either build credibility or erode it.

Design signals competence. When a prospect compares your one-pager to a competitor's and yours looks more polished, more organized, more professional — you've already won a psychological advantage before the conversation even starts. Perception becomes reality.

Consistency builds recognition. When your brochure, your website, your social feed, and your ads all share the same visual language, people start to recognize you — not just remember you. That's the compound effect of a unified brand system.

What Makes Collateral Actually Work
Designed from a brand system — not a blank Canva template
Clear visual hierarchy that guides the reader toward a specific action
Copy that sells — not just describes features or lists specs
Print-ready files with proper bleed, resolution, and color profiles
Consistent with your digital presence — website, social, ads, email
Built as editable templates so your team can update content without breaking the design
Designed for the context it'll be seen in — not just "looks good on screen"

We don't just make things pretty. We design materials that close deals.

The Ritner Difference

Physical + Digital = Compound Impact

Because we also build websites, run social media, and manage paid ads, your collateral isn't a standalone asset. It's one piece of a brand system that reinforces itself across every touchpoint.

01

One Brand System, Every Surface

Your brochure uses the same type, colors, photography style, and voice as your website and social media. When a prospect sees your materials anywhere — in hand, on screen, or in their inbox — the experience is seamlessly cohesive.

02

Collateral That Feeds Your Funnel

Every piece we design includes QR codes, tracking URLs, or landing page links that connect physical materials to your digital funnel. A brochure isn't a dead end — it's a door to your website and conversion path.

03

Ad Creative Starts Here

The visual assets, messaging frameworks, and layouts created for your collateral become the foundation for ad creative, social posts, and email campaigns. One design system, infinite applications — no redundant work.

04

Sales Enablement That Scales

We build templates your sales team can customize without breaking the design. New product launch? Updated pricing? Your team updates the content while the brand stays bulletproof — no designer bottleneck.

Our Collateral Design Process

From Brief to Print-Ready

Every project follows a structured process. You'll know what's happening at every stage, have clear opportunities for feedback, and never be surprised by the final product.

01

Brief & Discovery

We define the piece's purpose, audience, distribution context, and messaging priorities. If you have existing brand guidelines, we build from them. If you don't, we help establish the visual foundation first.

02

Concept & Layout

We present 2–3 design directions showing structure, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. You pick the direction. We refine. No guesswork — just informed decisions.

03

Design & Copy

Full design production with finalized copy, imagery, data visualizations, and brand elements. You review, we revise. Two structured revision rounds are included in every project.

04

Deliver & Support

Print-ready files, digital versions, editable templates, and print vendor coordination if needed. We can manage the print run or hand off production-ready assets to your preferred vendor.

Marketing Collateral FAQ

Common Questions

Pricing depends on the type of piece, page count, complexity, and whether copywriting is included. A single sell sheet is a different scope than a 20-page capabilities brochure. We provide a fixed project price before any work begins — no hourly surprises. Reach out for a custom quote.

It helps, but it's not required. If you have existing brand guidelines, we'll design within them. If you don't, we can establish a visual system as part of the project — or start with our branding services to build a proper foundation first. Either way, you'll end up with collateral that looks cohesive and intentional.

You'll receive print-ready PDFs (CMYK, with bleed and trim marks), digital-optimized PDFs (RGB, for screen sharing and email), and editable source files (InDesign, Illustrator, or Figma depending on the project). We also provide template versions your team can update for future use.

Both options work. We can write all copy from scratch, refine your existing content, or design around copy you provide. Our recommendation: let us at least review and tighten the messaging — great design with weak copy doesn't convert.

Yes. We can manage the entire print production process — vendor selection, paper stock recommendations, proof review, and delivery coordination. Or we can hand off production-ready files to your preferred printer. Either way, we ensure the files are technically perfect for output.

A single-page sell sheet typically takes 1–2 weeks. A multi-page brochure or pitch deck runs 2–4 weeks. Larger projects like full sales kits or trade show packages may take 4–6 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline during the kickoff — and we stick to it.
