Systems(10)Content people care about, on a schedule you can keep.
Content built to make your business easier to find, easier to trust and easier to remember. I plan the topics, shape the voice and set up a simple system, so publishing stays steady without becoming another full-time job.

What is a content system?
A content system is the plan, the process and the habits that keep useful content coming out on a steady schedule: what to write about, who writes it, how it gets approved and where it goes. It turns content from something you do when there’s time into something that just happens.
Why it matters
Search engines, AI tools and customers all reward businesses that keep publishing useful, specific answers. Most businesses start strong and stop after a few posts. A system is what keeps it going, and what turns one good idea into a blog post, a video, an email and a dozen social posts.
How I do it
- Chapter 01 · 01–02PlanA strategy tied to your goals, and a calendar that runs itself.
- Chapter 02 · 03–07CreatePosts, clusters, case studies, video and email, built from what you know.
- Chapter 03 · 08–09Get more from itKeep the good stuff current, and turn one idea into many.
- Chapter 04 · 10Sound like youA voice that’s recognizably yours, everywhere.
01 · Plan
Content strategy
Content with a job to do.
Every piece should help someone decide to call you. I start with your business goal and the people you want to reach, pick the few topics you can genuinely own, and choose the channels worth your time. You end up with a one-page plan and a year of topics, not a pile of random posts.

02 · Plan
Editorial calendar
A schedule that actually holds.
I set up a simple board where every post has an owner, a due date and a clear next step, from idea to draft, review, scheduled and live. Reviews are quick, nothing waits on one person and you always know what’s coming out next week.

03 · Create
Blog writing
Posts that sound like you, because they come from you.
I interview you for 15 minutes, pull in real numbers from your jobs and write posts that answer the questions your customers ask. Every post is fact-checked, linked to the right service page and written to be found by search engines and quoted by AI.

04 · Create
Topic clusters
Own a topic, not just a keyword.
I group your content around a few big topics: one in-depth pillar page, surrounded by focused posts that answer each related question and link back to it. Search engines and AI tools see you as the go-to source on that subject, and each new post makes the others stronger.

05 · Create
Case studies
Proof, in your customers’ words.
A good case study shows a real problem, what you did about it and what happened, with numbers and a quote the client approved. I interview your clients, write the story and format it so your sales team can send it, your site can show it and AI tools can cite it.

06 · Create
Video content
Short, useful videos, without a film crew.
One afternoon of filming at your business can become a dozen short videos: quick how-tos, a shop tour, customer stories and answers to common questions. I plan the shot list, keep each video short, and add captions and transcripts so they work with the sound off and get found in search.

07 · Create
Email newsletters
Stay in touch with the people who already know you.
Your past customers are your easiest next sale, and most businesses never email them. I set up a short, useful monthly email (a tip, a price update, an answer to a real question) with one clear next step. I measure clicks and bookings rather than opens, which email apps now inflate.

Content refreshes
Your old posts are worth fixing.
Posts that used to bring in traffic slowly slide as prices change and links break. I find the ones worth saving, update the facts, fix the links, add what’s missing and put a current date on them. It’s often the fastest way to win traffic back.

Repurposing
One idea, nine places.
One 20-minute conversation can become a blog post, short videos, an email, LinkedIn posts, FAQ answers and a Google Business Profile update. I rewrite each piece for where it lives instead of pasting the same thing everywhere, so one idea works across every channel you use.

10 · Sound like you
Brand voice
Sound like yourself, everywhere.
I put together a one-page voice guide: how formal or casual you are, words you use and words you never use, with before-and-after examples. Everyone who writes for you, including AI tools, has a clear reference, so your site, posts and emails all sound like the same business.
