Speed(05)
Fast on a phone, not just on Wi-Fi.

I make your site load fast where it matters, on a phone with a so-so signal: passing Google’s Core Web Vitals, compressing images without making them look worse, cutting scripts you don’t need and checking speed every month.

What is site speed optimization?

Site speed optimization is making your pages load and respond quickly, especially on phones: smaller images, fewer and lighter scripts, a layout that doesn’t jump around, and regular testing against Google’s Core Web Vitals.

Why it matters

Visitors leave slow pages before they see anything, and every second counts most on a phone. Google also uses page experience as one of its signals, so a faster site can help your rankings, and it makes every ad click and every visit more likely to turn into a call.

01 · Measure and lighten

Core Web Vitals

The three numbers Google checks.

Google measures how fast your main content shows up (LCP), how fast the page responds to a tap (INP) and how much it jumps around while loading (CLS). I measure all three on real phones, fix what’s failing and get your pages into the “good” range.

02 · Measure and lighten

Image compression

Same photos, a fraction of the weight.

Photos straight from a phone or camera are often several megabytes each. I resize them to the size they’re shown at, convert them to modern formats, compress them without visible loss and load images lower on the page only as you scroll to them.

03 · Cut and test

Script cleanup

Only load what you actually use.

Over time, sites pile up chat widgets, tracking tags, fonts and embeds that slow every page down. I list everything that loads, remove what you don’t use, move things to the pages that need them and make the rest load after your content.

04 · Cut and test

Mobile speed

Tested on a slow phone, on purpose.

Your site probably feels fast on office Wi-Fi. Your customers are on phones, often with a so-so signal. I test on a throttled mobile connection, the way Google does, and keep working until the main content shows up in a couple of seconds.

05 · Keep it fast

Speed reports

Checked every month, not once.

New photos, new plugins and new pages can slow a site down again. Every month I check your key pages, flag the slowest ones, fix what’s slowing them down and send a short report with your scores, so speed stays fixed.
