We're building something worth joining.
Ritner Digital is always looking for strong talent to add to the team — people who care about doing honest work, measuring what matters, and building something they're proud to put their name behind.
"The kind of team where your work matters and your people have your back."
Great agencies are built by great people.
What It's Actually Like Here
We're a lean, senior team that does real work for real businesses. No layers of bureaucracy, no politics — just smart people solving hard problems and having fun doing it.
If you want to work at a place where your ideas matter, your work is visible, and the people around you make you better — you'll like it here.
What We Look For
Skills can be taught. These can't. Here's what actually matters when we're deciding who to bring onto the team.
A Day in the Life
There's no "typical" day — but here's what the rhythm usually looks like. Enough structure to stay aligned, enough flexibility to do your best work.
9:00 AM — Morning Kickoff
Quick Slack standup. What you're working on, what's blocked, anything the team needs to know. Five minutes, no fluff.
9:30 AM — Deep Work Block
This is where the real work happens. Building campaigns, writing content, designing pages, optimizing accounts. Slack goes quiet. Focus mode.
12:00 PM — Client Calls & Syncs
Strategy reviews, progress updates, or kickoff calls. You're on the call — not an account manager relaying your notes.
1:00 PM — Lunch & the Slack Chaos
Grab food. Catch up on the memes channel. Argue about whether Wawa or Sheetz is better. (It's Wawa. This isn't a debate.)
2:00 PM — Iteration & Collaboration
Review work, swap feedback, polish deliverables. This is where good work becomes great — the second pass, the peer review, the "what if we tried this instead."
4:00 PM — Wrap-Up & Planning
Update Asana, queue up tomorrow's priorities, flag anything that needs attention. Log off knowing exactly where you stand.
The Occasional Fire
Sometimes a site goes down or an ad account gets flagged. The schedule goes out the window. You take a breath, diagnose the problem, communicate with the client, and fix it. That's agency life — and it's why we value people who stay cool when things get hot.
Your First 90 Days
We don't throw you into the deep end without a plan. Here's what onboarding actually looks like — so you know exactly what to expect.
Where You Fit In
We're always looking for talented people across every discipline. If you see a role that fits — or one that doesn't exist yet — reach out. We'd rather meet the right person than wait for the perfect posting.
SEO Strategist
Own organic search strategy and execution across our client portfolio. You'll handle technical audits, keyword research, content strategy, and link building — focused on traffic that converts, not vanity rankings. You know the difference between SEO theater and SEO that moves revenue.
Paid Media Manager
Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You manage budgets like it's your own money, obsess over ROAS, and know how to scale what's working without wasting what isn't. Data-driven decision-making is your default.
Web Designer / Developer
Design and build fast, beautiful websites that convert and rank. You work across Squarespace, WordPress, and custom builds — and you understand that a website isn't just a design project, it's the foundation every marketing channel depends on.
Content Strategist / Copywriter
Write copy that sells and content that ranks. Blog posts, landing pages, email sequences, ad copy, and brand messaging — you know how to write for humans and optimize for search without sounding like a robot.
Social Media Manager
Own social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and community management for a portfolio of brands. You build real presences — not feeds full of stock photos and recycled quotes. You understand platform nuance and what makes people stop scrolling.
Marketing Strategist / Account Lead
Lead client relationships and multi-channel strategy. You're the person who understands the full picture — business goals, market dynamics, channel prioritization — and translates that into a plan the team can execute. Part strategist, part project lead, zero fluff.
GEO / AI Search Specialist
A brand-new role for a brand-new discipline. You'll help brands get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and other AI search tools. If you're already thinking about how LLMs choose what to recommend — we want to talk.
Photographer / Creative
Shoot product, headshot, space, and campaign photography for our clients. Real images from real businesses — because stock photos don't build trust. You have an eye for brand-consistent creative and can work across environments.
Start Your Career Here
We bring in hungry, talented students who want real agency experience — not coffee runs and busywork. Our interns work on live client accounts alongside senior team members. And since we're a remote-flexible team, we accept strong talent from universities across the country — not just the Philly area.
Real Work. Real Experience.
Our internship program is built for students at schools like Rowan, Temple, Rutgers, and other universities across the Philadelphia and South Jersey region. Whether you're studying marketing, communications, design, or business — if you're curious, hard-working, and want to learn how modern digital marketing actually works, we want to hear from you.
Interns at Ritner Digital don't sit on the sidelines. You'll contribute to real campaigns, attend client meetings, build actual deliverables, and leave with a portfolio of work you can point to — not just a line on a resume.

InternshipWhat You Get
Beyond the work itself — which, for the record, is the main reason people stay.
Remote Flexibility
Work from Philly, your couch, or a coffee shop. We care about output, not where you sit.
Learning Budget
Conferences, courses, certifications — we invest in your growth because it makes the whole team better.
Direct Client Access
No layers between you and the work. You'll see the impact of what you do — not hear about it secondhand.
Growth Path
We're growing. People who do great work here get more responsibility, more ownership, and more opportunity.
Real Work, Not Busywork
Every role here contributes to client outcomes. No fluff assignments. No make-work projects.
Multi-Channel Exposure
Work across SEO, paid, web, social, GEO, and analytics. You'll never be siloed into one thing.
Team That's Fun
Hoagie debates. Meme channels. Actual friendship. We like the people we work with — it makes everything better.
Philly Energy
We're scrappy, direct, and we show up. That South Philly mentality runs through everything we do.
How We Work Day-to-Day
No mystery tools. No convoluted workflows. Here's what you'll actually use every day.
Slack
Where we live. Fast communication, no email chains, and yes — a dedicated memes channel.
Google Workspace
Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet — everything collaborative, nothing siloed.
Asana
Project management, task tracking, and deadlines. Everything has an owner and a due date.
Google Meet
Video calls for syncs, client meetings, and the occasional "can you see my screen?" moment.
Interested? Let's talk.
We're always looking for strong talent to add to the team. If you see a role that fits — or if you don't but think you belong here anyway — reach out. Send us your resume, portfolio, or just a note about what you're looking for. No formal application required.
Get In Touch →About Joining The Team
Not necessarily. We're based in Philadelphia and love working with local talent, but many of our roles are remote-flexible. What matters is the quality of your work and your ability to communicate — not your zip code. That said, if you're in the Philly area, we'll definitely grab coffee.
It's straightforward. We start with a conversation — no trick questions, no panel interviews. We'll talk about your experience, what you're looking for, and whether there's a mutual fit. For some roles we'll ask you to walk through a past project or do a small exercise. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks.
Yes. We're growing and roles open up regularly. If you think you'd be a great fit for Ritner Digital, send us a note and your resume. We'd rather know about you now than miss you later.
Internships typically run during the academic semester or summer and can be part-time or full-time depending on your schedule. You'll be paired with a senior team member, work on real client projects, and leave with actual experience and a portfolio. We welcome students from local schools like Temple, Rowan, Rutgers, Drexel, and others — but since we're remote-flexible, we're open to great talent from anywhere.
It depends on the role. For full-time positions, we generally look for 1–5+ years of relevant experience. For internships, we care more about curiosity, work ethic, and willingness to learn than a perfect resume. Across the board, we value people who are honest, self-directed, and genuinely passionate about doing good work.
When the fit is right, absolutely. Several of our internships have led to full-time roles. If you do great work and we have a position that matches your skills, there's a real path to staying on.
